About After working a succession of corporate roles, Evan Tepper resigned to fulfill his biggest life goal - taking a sabbatical and traveling the world. With a handful of t-shirts and his camera, Evan took off on what would become a 15-month one-man journey zigzagging the globe, refining both his personal perspective and that of the world. During his travels Evan mostly dined on local, farm-fresh food and shopped many, many local markets - all of which helped shape his vision for Whole Sum Kitchen.
